Beautiful home. Current owners have replaced the roof, central a/c & heat, as well as the a/c unit in the Florida room. All appliances have also been replaced (all matching color and brand). There have also be other upgrades in the home as well. It has been very well cared for and will make a great home. This community is for 55+ adults, 2 Olympic sized pools, one is heated, there is shuffle board, exercise room, library, bathroom/changing rooms by the pools. This is a true community: Game nights, dancing, bingo, community meetings, etc. They also take trips together and cruises, all you have to do is sign up. Not all of the park is approved for pets but this one is. It is also on the newer side. Concrete slab, double wide with high ceilings-plenty of space. Grip bars have been added in the bathrooms as well as a seat in the bathroom with the tub. The master bath has a walk in shower.
