This wonderful little house in a warm and friendly neighborhood is a perfect oasis. With access to the on-site swimming pool and a gorgeous chef's kitchen with the redwood countertops this two bedroom one bathroom house with an attached art studio is a gem in the redwoods! The house comes with its own patio and wonderful magnolia tree. It does share the property with an apartment used as an Airbnb and second home for the owner. There are also one-on-one swim lessons that happen in the backyard pool in the catty corner yard. It's a unique set up and a wonderful opportunity for the right set of folks. Utility costs are split between owner and tenants during months that the Swim School is not in session (November-February) while Swim School is in the session, landlord pays all utilities. Internet is always paid by landlord. Initial lease is six months because the set up is unique and we are committed to everyone having the best experience. If one year lease is desired after first six month lease, that can be discussed. Please note, there is only a small yard for this rented property. Dogs considered. And no cats. Thanks!
