Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet home on a quiet Medford street. I grew up on this street and I have lived in every apartment in this house. I've always treated it as a home rather than a rental property. If you are looking to be in a house rather than an apartment building and you are looking for a three bedroom you will not find one much nicer than this in the Medford area. Walking distance to Medford Square with all of the great new restaurants as well as the Chevalier Theatre. Grab the bus around the corner on Riverside Ave which will take you to Wellington station if you wanna jump on the orange line into town or just hop on 93 right down the street and you are in Boston in about ten minutes. Laundry in unit, two tandem off street parking spaces in the driveway as well as ample street parking. I think the pictures speak for themselves, but it truly is an excellent unit so don't sleep on it because it won't last too long!
