1- a furnished one private bedroom of a basement with private bathroom. 2-private entrance off the street not in the forest. 3- big closet, Clothes iron and shoes storage box are included in the room. 4-Big Fridge inside room. 5- small Kitchener, with microwave, small cooker and small cabinet for kitchen staff, in the din area which is shared between us and the tenants. 6- We require matured, respectful single person or couple to rent our one bedroom basement. 7- all utilities are included of the $850 rent: electricity, water and high speed wifi. 8- Also you have inside the room a built-in heater which you have full control of it by yourself. 9- papers required : a copy of your passport or a copy of your driving license or any Id. 10- The lease can be 3 month by 3 month or 6 month by 6 month or a year by a year. 11- one month rent and Deposit of $ 600 which you will take it when you leave. 12- We will do a background check for all the tenants before renting .
