Having that said we do have security cameras located across our vast property in the event something happens in those ranges. Personal Injury: Pier 98 Marina is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Host's Right to Entry: Pier 98 Marina and its Property management, retains the right to enter the property for necessary maintenance or emergencies, within legal and contractual bounds. You will be notified well in advance as needed. No Parties or Events: Gatherings and events are prohibited in the unit unless with written permission of the property manager ahead of time. We have the Tiki bar area that is 100% available for private functions Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun to accommodate this. Pets: Pets are allowed. Smoking & Vaping: Smoking of any type (Vape, Cigar, Cigarette, Medicinal or recreational) is strictly prohibited in the Rental! Illegal Activities: The use of illegal substances or any other illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited. Parking: Parking in front of the rental is available. Cleaning: Guest are solely responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rental. Trash: There is a trash collection on the backside of the rental available for daily disposal.
