We are renting out our family home. We bought and completely remodeled it in 2007 (all electrical, all plumbing, new kitchen, new bathroom, roof, finishes, floors, ect..) The master bedroom has a french double door that leads out to the back deck and is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. Each bedroom features 5-6 foot closets (we remodeled the original 1900's single closets) The top floor has matching bedrooms with dormer windows and bonus storage rooms. There is a bathroom with a stall shower and a widow that opens up onto a flat roof. The basement is divided into four rooms. The largest room is the family room, followed by the largest bedroom in the house with full closet. The laundry room has a modern washer and dryer with room for storage. And, finally the furnace room we use as our main home storage. There is a cottage in the back of the property which we have a renter (friend). He's an outdoor enthusiast and mental health worker who is gone most of the time in the outdoors. It is really a great house and we want to pass it on people who will love it as much as we have. We love our neighbors and hope to find folks who are neighborly as well. Families are a plus! It's going to be available on September. 1st, 2022 We will start with a 1 year lease agreement.
