I'm looking to rent out my basement that is available now. It is a finished 1/2 basement with window for natural light. There is a bedroom and a small living room, closet and storage space in my tri-level house. There would be a private bathroom at the top of the stairs as well as a full-size living room for furniture if you have it. Only shared space would be the kitchen, with full access to the backyard. You can choose to use the back door or front door as your main entrance. Looking for someone wanting to do a 6-12m lease
