If an infestation occurs due to improper food storage or cleanliness, the cost of extermination will fall to you. Property Inspections: We respect your privacy. However, we'll occasionally need access to the property for necessary inspections or repairs. We'll provide at least 24 hours' notice before entering unless there's an emergency. Reporting Problems: We're here to ensure your home remains in excellent condition. Should you spot any issues, such as a leaky faucet, faulty appliance, or heaven forbid, any signs of mold, please report them to us immediately. We're committed to addressing and rectifying problems promptly, but we need your help in spotting them. Cleaning: We all want a clean, healthy living environment. Please ensure you dispose of garbage regularly and maintain the property's cleanliness. If carpets need a deep clean, they should be professionally cleaned. Lawn Maintenance: If you have a green thumb, you'll love our front & backyard! But even if you don't, keeping the lawn neat and tidy is a tenant responsibility. So, break out the lawn mower (or hire a service) and enjoy the great outdoors! Decor: Make yourself at home, but please avoid making any permanent changes (such as painting or drilling holes in walls) without written permission.
