We are looking for a renter for at least three to four months starting either December or January. Eco built stone cottage on 30 acres of land next to a spring fed creek in Weaverville NC. We designed these little cottages have everything that you need, and nothing more. They have a king size bed, small kitchen, lounge space, clothing hamper, walk in shower with double shower head, bathroom sink and toilet. The space is stuccoed with stone floors, custom designed marble cabinets in bathroom and in kitchen, and stone shower features. Its a smaller space, perfect for a single person or a couple that love spending time together! There is a stone patio with a fire pit outside and lots of walking trails around the property. As well as a creek and beautiful forested areas. There is also a sunset spot that is walking distance from the cottages. Everything is furnished and has everything you need if you want to keep it as is. No smoking allowed, please consider using organic products in the space because its only known eco based cleaning and we would love to keep it a sanctuary free of chemicals.
