I have alot of applicants. Please submit an application before asking for viewing. Also, I DO NOT except section 8. I will need $1000 deposit along with 1st and last month rent. Payment is due at the 1st of each month. You will have 5 days for grace period otherwise will be assessed a late fee of $40. Renter is responsible for electric, water, and sewage. If you break anything you will be held responsible. It is your job to keep the house up (it should look the same way it looked when you 1st move in).
