We live a little far away from the rental property and we couple have work in the city and we have two boys to take care of so our schedule does not allow us to show you the house one by one. Sorry about that. Thanks for your understanding! There are a couple of things I want to let you all know before we meet. We are still making some refresh and update on the house and hopefully it could be available earlier than 9/1. Our previous tenants lived there for the past 7 years and we had really good experience with them so we are looking for long term lease. We have gardener take care of the landscape every month and we cover the cost. We have the home protection insurance plan to cover appliances and system repair but if there is anything goes wrong YOU will be the one who contact the insurance company to arrange the fix. Insurance company will cover the cost. We prefer monthly rental payment through auto direct deposit to our bank account, or you can arrange your bank to send us the check monthly. Our previous tenants paid us monthly by electronic transfer. If you decide to apply, you will need to send me your most updated pay stub and credit report (you can get it for free online) copy. You are responsible for all utilities. Tenants pay all utilities. Owner pay gardening.
