Neighbors are very friendly and laid back and there are washer & dryer, dishwasher and a brand new fridge here with automatic water/ice dispenser. Tons of storage/closets, and living room and kitchen areas are very spacious, and new hardwood floors have just been put in. Rent is 900 a month and there is a TOTAL security deposit of 1200. HOWEVER, this security deposit can be spread out over two months if you prefer. 600 one month, 600 the next. Utilities are not included.
