The house is fully renovated and is 1,088 square feet. There is a shared big restroom upstairs for the two bedrooms. Additionally, in the kitchen area there is another powder room. There is also shared laundry in the basement. The house has a front porch, back porch, and backyard. There is always parking on the street and its not zoned. I am 40 years old, I am looking for roommates. I have two cats. We will be occupying the basement. I am also open to roommates that have dogs.
