Any behavior that is deemed unacceptable and/or outside their rules and policies will result in termination of agreement. No Smoking indoors or on porch with door open No Vaping Must have car pass to enter Ocean Lakes provided by Ocean Lakes. Can have homeowner assist in purchasing $100 pass or $10-12/day can be paid for daily pass. Duration of lease is one month not to exceed 2/28/26. Multiple month discounts can be discussed.
