Pets are negotiable. $1325 plus $125 utilities. $1000 deposit. Year lease preferred, but shorter term stays will be considered. We prefer a one-year lease but shorter terms will be considered. NO smoking in or near the house. Parking is by residential permit, tho shared driveway use is available. Everyone helps clean up after themselves but no fixed chore assignments. Additional utilities could be asked if consumption is unusually high. Utilities include electricity, heat/cool, gas, wifi, trash etc. You will receive keys to entry doors and room. Renter insurance is always a good idea but not required.
