Large, sunny ground floor room available near SDSU. Private entrance via attached outside patio. Adjacent to the kitchen and bathroom. Fun 1930's farmhouse, lovingly restored, with garden retreat spots. Year-long lease preferred, but short-term stays will be considered. If you're interested reach out for a tour. ROOMMATES: We are a friendly, calm, creative household of diverse ages, genders and occupations. Two of us are women over 50, one of whom is a college professor who works from home. Three are college students in their final semester of studies. We have 2 flamenco artists from Spain who stay in our guest quarters when they're in town. They're very considerate and unobtrusive. We are looking for 1 year lease but will consider shorter stays, especially as we are getting to know each other. No smoking indoors. We have plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Clean up after yourself in common areas (ex: after cooking, eating, drinking and spending time in the bathroom.) Parking is on-street, by permit. We are open to considering pets, with an extra deposit.
