We've absolutely loved living here, but I recently accepted a new job in Oregon, so my wife and I will be relocating this summer. Because of the move, we're looking for someone to take over our lease beginning in mid-July. Move in: July 16th Application fee is $60 per application. Anyone 18 years or older needs to apply. (Can be paid in cash, check, or money order.) Pet Policy: There is a two pet maximum at this property. There is a deposit of $200 (per pet), due with the security deposit. No pet rent. Lease & Move-In Costs: Security deposit of $2400, due upon signing the lease. Monthly Costs: Monthly rent of $2200. Tenant pays all utilities directly to the provider (and any desired cable/internet). Tenent is responsible for all utilities.
