OPTIONAL furnishings (Twin bed, chair, side tables) Room open until October 1st. So this is ideal for a student over the summer or other short term living. LQBTQIA+ Friendly! We have a chore chart with stickers for common area chores like emptying dishwasher, taking out trash, etc. All dishes need to be done by the end of night. You are welcome to have guests visit in out spacious living/dining room area. No smoking (or vaping) allowed. We also have someone who lives in the unit upstairs. We all three share the laundry room.
