Small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval and an additional deposit + pet rent. For maintenance, we simply ask tenants to handle everyday upkeep during their stay things like basic cleanliness, watering the garden beds if you choose to use them, and replacing HVAC filters periodically.
