This home is a true split level and a wonderfully charming beach home with James Hardie exterior siding. I also love the Core-Luxe vinyl plank flooring, what a breeze to clean. It has tons of very nice upgrades and is in one of the best neighborhoods in town. At night you can see the ship lights on the channel. I chose better quality items when refurbishing this home such as custom built cabinets throughout, old style period trim around windows and doors, closets were thoughtfully built with nooks and shelves and hooks to hang hats, purses, scarves etc. There is a lot of flex space including a separate office with its own entry and heating/cooling that could be used for anything. The home also has an 800 sf guest house completely equipped, pictures not shown yet. I am still working out the last of the paint touch ups etc. This home will be conveying furnished mostly with just a few personal items going with me. Large lot, room for a pool. Location-Location-Location! Port Aransas is on the tip of Mustang Island in Texas and is definitely a destination spot. Terrific beaches just down the street. A place to enjoy life. This is not a rental neighborhood, people here are residents or own a second home. It is quiet but a quick walk to the main street and restaurants/shops.
