Presently the house needs to be insulated and Sheetrock. Electrical, A/C duct and Plumbing have been completed but needs to be signed off on prior to Insulation and sheetrock. A new 30 year roof, vaulted ceiling, and large island in kitchen. New exterior siding and trim. All exterior deck boards were removed and ready for new deck planks. The back side of the lot is large enough to build a secondary structure or install a pool and garage. Another option was to sub-divide 5000 sq. ft. minimum lot size per the city and sell it. We were ordering the doors and windows when Health Issues hit. Changed our plans for retirement.
