Renter is responsible for utilities and insurance. No smoking allowed in house or on property. Small dog (up to 20 lbs), non aggressive breeds permitted with additional pet rent $50 a month and deposit of $500. No subletting or airbnb use. Full credit, background and reference check, including current house visit by landlord, before leasing agreement. Periodic inspections will occur. Landscaping and snow removal included in rent.
