    I purchased the home in 2001 brand new. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood despite the school being nearby. Never have had an issue. I put a new roof and beautiful tile at the end of 2008 throughout the whole house except for the Master bedroom has carpet. There is one master bedroom and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And another room either can make a game room or formal dinning room. Kitchen is beautiful and leads to outside. Fans throughout the house. You also have washer/dryer, microwave, nice fridge, dishwasher, oven, and new garage door control pad upgraded, and fireplace. It will be freshly painted. The house is 100% brick with a nice backyard. It won't last long. Stafford schools are right there and looking for minimum one year contract and hope can stay there a few years. Neighborhood Description very safe, quiet, and friendly neighbors. 7 to 10 minutes from Hwg. 90, 59 and beltway 8!!! I have never had a problem in this neighborhood!
