It is located in highly desirable CTIP zone, which provides first tie-breaker for SFUSD school lottery. The Neighborhood: Central Mission is my favorite neighborhood in the city. It's right in the middle of the Valencia, 20th St., and 24th St. corridors, a few blocks from 16th or 24th St. Bart, and a 10-minute walk from Dolores Park. Shotwell St. is closed to cars other than residents, which makes parking easier, reduces street noise, and is nice for strolling.
