The landlord will fix wear and tear on appliances, if something happens that is the tenants negligence, the tenant will be responsible for the repair. The landscaping will be the tenant's responsibility. The city requires lawns to be mowed and will issue citations if the landscaping gets out of control. Parking is in the garage, on the driveway or in the cul de sac. Adding additional tenants or dogs would only be by an approval process. Tenant would be subject to eviction for violation of this rule.
