You can bring a washer/dryer and window units for the summer if desired. You pay for electric, anir conditioning and internet (if desired). I supply heat, water, lawn care and trash removal. Currently asking that all applicants have a credit score over 600 and a monthly income of at least 3 times the rental amount $2,475 or more. If you have any additional questions let me know! Owner covers water, lawn care, trash and heating (between 66-68 Degrees Fahrenheit). There is on street parking available in the front of the building.
