There is a senior citizen tenant below (with a separate entrance) so it is important that you are respectful and mindful of noise. Furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and upscale fixtures throughout. Lots of light and lots of room including an extra living room and an extra room that can serve as an office. Excellent neighborhood walking distance to the light rail and a beautiful park system. It is also close to grocery stores and shopping. There will be a $200 monthly fee to cover heat, electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, and cable. We are seeking a respectful professional interested in subletting our furnished 3-3 home for four months: October 1 - January 31.
