We love our neighborhood! The neighbors are exceptionally friendly-- we got cookies and pies from several of them upon moving in. We are surrounded by well-established citizens who care for their properties. House is in walking distance to Buffalo Lake as well as many parks. Also in walking distance to two grocery stores, downtown Buffalo, Parkside and Discovery schools.
