A wonderful place to live for any age, very quiet area with wonderful neighbors all around. Being a young family we also loved the Day-care / pre-school which is located within the entrance to the Newtown Grant sub-division next to the pool and park. We had a great experience with our child at Chesterbrook Academy and have found it hard to replace that setting in our new location. We loved living there, however we did have the opportunity to relocate back closer to our family and that was our only reason for leaving. This house was great for us and is ready to move right in, just as we did when we purchased this. Owners have relocated & can accomodate quick settlement.
