Corrales is a wonderful place to live! The elementary school is great. Small town but convenient to surrounding cities. We also have beautiful trails by the river. This house features beautiful views of the mountain and city lights from the living/dining areas and master bedroom. Great for watching hot air balloons! The house is all one level and there are grab bars in the master bathroom, which has a bench and luxurious shower. The yard is large, completely fenced, and on a drip watering system. There is an additional building on the property which was previously used as a personal art gallery. This building has electricity only. Let me know if you have any questions! Minimum 30 day lease. We are looking for a long term tenant, but open to shorter leases in the interim. The house is currently furnished as shown, but we will remove everything if desired.
