I lived her for almost 8 years and currently live in the building still, just one floor up! What I love most about the space is the light in the afternoon as well as the view of the beautiful sunsets. If you like to look at the sky, you'll love this place! It's also got great closet space for a small space and the neighborhood is great if you want a real urban experience. In my opinion, it's the closest thing you can get anywhere in New Mexico. Owner pays trash and water. Renter pays gas and wifi.
