New spacious outdoor deck with lighting. Firepit with chairs in backyard. An amazing home all around for gatherings and living. Preferred 18+ month lease. Hoping for a two-year tenant. No housing vouchers. No smoking. No pets. Renter is responsible for all gas/electric, quarterly water bill, and cable/internet utilities. Lease would cover deferred sewage bill and HOA dues. Looking for the "perfect" tenant so I'm in no rush to rent out the home. You will love it here.
