This single occupancy non-smoking apartment is one of five apartments in a home that was originally built sometime in the 1880's. The house was well-divided into it's current configuration sometime in the 1980's. I look after five houses in Ypsilanti and this one is consistently one of my favorites because it somehow always seems to attract the best of tenants. The apartment features a lot of natural wood both in the flooring and the trim throughout the living space. This is a rather small apartment but it's cute and laid out in a sensible manner. The front porch swing and "leisure" area of the front porch belong to this apartment exclusively (other residents of the house are prohibited from using that part of the porch). If you're interested in viewing the space, please suggest a time or two that works well with your schedule. According to DTE (on 2/19/2024), the average utility bill (gas and electric combined) for the past year has been just under $65/month. Personal habits and weather will affect your bills. The unit does not have central air conditioning. The house does not have on-site laundry.
