Property additionally contains a second half bath off the kitchen by the basement stairs. Property includes a 1.5 car garage and sizable yard. Tenant is responsible for all yard maintenance and snow removal. Pets accepted on case by case basis, must be approved by landlord. Additional Details: Tenant(s) must provide proof of income of 4x the rent price ($6,600) in total household income along with provide housing and job references. No prior evictions will be accepted.
