Failure to do so may result in cleaning charges being deducted from the security deposit. Renter's Insurance Renter's insurance is required. Tenant must carry a renter's insurance policy during the lease term and may be asked to provide proof of coverage. Guests & Subletting No subletting or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are allowed. Tenant must inform the owner if guests will be staying overnight for extended periods (more than a few days). Owner's Right of Entry Except in emergencies, owner will give at least 24 hours' notice before entering the property for inspections, repairs, or showings.
