Our home has 3 bedrooms, but one is currently set up as an office, with a new electronic standing-sitting desk. (Or, we can easily convert back to a 3rd bedroom if desired.) Our house has 2 full baths, hardwood floors, is beautifully decorated with lots of windows and sun, and is very comfortable to live in! If you need a car during your stay, we have a Subaru Forester (stick-shift) that works well in snow that is negotiable for use. There is also a finished basement (with pull out coach and full bath - for guests), washer/dryer, and exercise bike and weights, cable, and WiFi. In addition, we also a lovely screened-in porch and outside patio that you can take advantage of in the warmer weather. We are walking distance to the UM Campus, downtown Ann Arbor, great schools, the YMCA, groceries, libraries, many parks, and safe wooded areas to walk/run in. (Also very close to bus lines that are free for UM professionals.)
