There are also washer and dryer hook-ups in the shared laundry area with a door directly out of your apartment into the area. Washer and dryer can be rented for $45.00/month. There is off-street parking as well as a common area in the basement so a storm shelter would be available in the case of a tornado. A refundable deposit equal to the rent is required. Pet rent and pet deposit apply on approved pets. The pet deposit (1/2 refundable) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent. Renters insurance is required.
