Greetings to All! We have a fully operational/equipped "Water Ice" Stand for rent! It is located at the corner of Haverford & 61st st. (across from Calvary Baptist Church). It has a brand-new Water Ice Machine (still encased), fully operational kitchen with industrial refrigerator, and office space! It's can also function as a hot dog/hamburger stand as well (all year around)! The monthly rental will be $1,250/month, with a 2-3 year lease agreement! All interested parties can contact "Geno!" Owner pays all utilities. A 2-3 Year lease is required. Owner is responsible for managing all equipment used inside of business space. Tenant is responsible to obtain business license to operate Water Ice Stand (only).
