Landlord reserves the right to pursue legal action for possession. Move-Out - Security deposit returned within 30 days of move-out - Itemized deduction statement provided if any deductions are made - Property must be returned in same condition as move-in, minus normal wear and tear - Tenant must provide written confirmation of intent to vacate no later than 60 days prior to lease expiration.
