This is a gorgeous custom built home. Neighborhood Description Very quiet neighborhood! We have lots of kids and they are in the streets playing all the time. It is great! They all attend school together and enjoy the friendships they have made. The neighbors are very friendly. We have a neighborhood watch community and several police officers that live in the neighborhood. This neighborhood is growing at a rapid rate and there are several house planned past my area. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and I have not heard of much crime. The homes are middle class and most people take very good care of (at least) the outsides of their homes. I built in the area for the schools and have not been disappointed. I Love where I live. The trees are great...there are lots of trees that were kept during construction to help shade homes and make the areas so much more environmentally friendly."
