Off the living room is the main floor bathroom which also has the washer and dryer plus storage. The kitchen is large and open. Upstairs are the two large bedrooms with closets. There is a bathroom upstairs with a tub. The back yard is large with good shade. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
