Hello! This apartment is a one bedroom one bath first floor apartment with a good sized back patio for some outdoor space. Available for Sublet by tenant with landlord's permission in the short term to finish out our lease and a full year available if all went well in the sublet period. Apartment is one block off of south street for night life and walking distance to rest of Center City. The landlord is the best feature however, responsive and considerate to the very few issues that occurred over our two year stay, you would be in very good hands living here! While this a sublet that can be temporary the landlord says that if all is normal he would do our remaining lease plus a full year lease. There's a $35 fee for a credit check.
