This estate is approximately 0.4 miles from paved Olde Stage Road. 4WD or AWD is recommended during winter months. **PARTIES & EVENTS Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted due to the property's septic capacity and limited parking. Red Hill Road is narrow and unpaved, so tenants and their visitors must park on the property rather than along the road. Maximum overnight occupancy is six people. PET POLICY: Well-behaved adult dogs considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional deposit (maximum 1 dog). * MOUNTAIN PROPERTY SAFETY: This summit property features steep, unfenced terrain on multiple sides, including an estimated 200-foot drop behind the residence. Children and pets require close supervision outdoors, and dogs must remain leashed at all times. Native wildlife may pass through the property or the roads in the area. All occupants should exercise caution outdoors, particularly after dark, and avoid approaching steep drop-offs. PROPERTY SERVICE PROFESSIONALS: Tenants must provide access to property service team: maids, hot tub service, etc. We will communicate scheduling for these important property maintenance tasks during your stay.
