What the owner loves about this home
The lots were owned by my wife's great-grandfather since 1903. He deeded the land to his daughter, who had the house built in the late fifties. Our parents bought it from her, and my wife bought it from her parents in the late eighties and raised three children there. It is close to schools in Lakeview District. Neighborhood is improving with a fairly new house across the street and a newly remodeled house next door. Water well provides plenty of water for green grass or a garden. Big back yard. Front and back patios. When the flood of July 2025 came through, this house was not touched. The remodel is because we were ready to sell and we thought it could really use a facelift.
