Centrally located with easy access to I-25 and downtown, minutes to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Ft Carson, Colorado College, Airport (COS), Bus line, Denver (DIA) shuttle pickup. It's a short drive to Pikes Peak and up the pass 15 minutes to the mountains via Woodland Park. The house has been updated while retaining its turn of the century charm. Enjoy a queen bed in the master bedroom and have plenty of room for your clothes in the 6 foot wardrobe and several drawers in the dresser. The living room and dining room have beautiful period and craftsman furnishings, the remodeled bathroom has 6 foot Victorian tub with a 2-headed shower. The kitchen has just been remodeled and features period appliances and "old-time" feel. Outside, the front porch has two comfortable chairs that look out on a zen-like xeriscaped garden.I am currently offering this as a one-bedroom executive/short-term vacation rental. It will soon be a 2 bedroom rental but for now the 2nd bedroom is not ready - I am searching for the right craftsman/mission style furniture. Parking is in front, or we can make gated parking in the back available. My other property is in Flagstaff AZ for the last 8 years it has nothing but top reviews on HomeAway and Flipkey - over 40 total 5 star reviews.
