This is Shastina a 15' remodeled retro travel trailer that has been restored and furnished with love. It has a folding couch/ bed, small desk, folding storage loft, microwave, 3 burner stove, cold running water, new refrigerator and composting toilet. Also has interior lighting, outlets for power, new insulation, flooring, paint and ceiling vent. This trailer is situated in the back yard of our North Portland home and is accessible through a private gate on the side of our house. It also has a outdoor shower that is adjacent to the trailer and is covered by a carport. In the past we have rented it as a small office, art studio, or office/ music space or for transitional living. . It is fairly quiet although there is also a wood shop on the property and there are often projects going on that make some noise. We are looking for a renter that is interested in a cozy space to stay part time or with limited duration. Applicants must have previous composting toilet experience and know that this is a partially off grid living situation with limited storage and access to amenities. Also must be able to pass a background check ($30) and sign a month to month lease with rental references. No pets, No couples, and non smokers only please. Month to Month
