This home has room two room air conditioners for cooling (including a brand new one in the bedroom) and a floor furnace for heating. Most of the windows are newly replaced energy efficient metal windows and all have mini-blinds and screens. Note that the bedroom is too small to accommodate a king-sized bed. The capacity of the stackable laundry center is considerably smaller than comparable full-sized appliances. The detached garage is too small for most cars but good for storage. Though this rental is a small house and not an apartment, you would be living in close contact with the occupants of neighboring homes including one home with a two-month old infant. Therefore, all tenants (including children over 5) need to have had a COVID vaccine.
