The kitchen has vintage style but with modern appliances including a small-capacity stackable washer/dryer. The living room has carpeting, beamed ceilings and a floor furnace. Both the bedroom and the living room have window air conditioners. All of the windows have mini-blinds and screens. Most of them are newer dual-paned, high-efficiency aluminum windows that can be opened for ventilation. Some limitations - - the bedroom is too small to accommodate a king-sized bed. - the stackable washer/dryer is smaller capacity compared to stand-alone laundry appliances. - The detached garage is a tight fit for most cars but good for storage. No smoking is allowed on the premises or inside the rental homes. The owners provide water, sewer, courtyard landscaping, and garbage service. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, internet access, and are expected to maintain their backyards. How to apply - Zillow, Trulia. or HotPads applications are accepted for initial screening. However, you will also be required to apply with the Appfolio application that our property manager uses.
