Needs cosmetic work. Second floor is sub-flooring only. No carpet or floor covering. New roof and windows needed. Trees on the property need to be removed due to their age and health. Lovely home, but needs work. Some ceiling damage from past water leakage in first floor bathroom and back room on the south side of the house. Has been unoccupied and unattended for 2 1/2 years. Sewage backs up in north side basement during heavy rains. Nobody to clean them up
