Often, our neighborhood is mistakenly listed as Bellevue Schools but, we are in fact, 2 blocks south of the 60th St. cutoff for Bellevue. This is a common and huge issue for families who buy because of our Bellevue address, only to discover they belong to Renton. We have a beautiful, well-established neighborhood with original owners, new, young families and very few rentals. Although, the Newport Hills market area is going through a rough time, we hope new tenants will bring new life to it soon.
